The must have Spring/Summer accessory

My go to jewellery once there’s an inch of sun

There are many incredible human inventions, and the arm cuff is definitely one of them. I love a good arm cuff. Whether is be worn high or low, thin or chunky, an arm cuff instantly elevates your outfits. The moment the temperate becomes double digits, you will find an arm cuff on me and it’s time you try it!

What makes it so great?

There are some days that I want to be minimal, and others where I want the opposite. The arm cuff works in favour of both. You can choose to pair it with a matching necklace and earrings for a full look, or you can choose to wear it solo for a little sparkle in your look.

Also, it keeps the balance of an outfit. There are some necklines that doesn’t allow for a necklace, but the overall look is too simple to go without jewellery. This is where the arm cuff comes in to restore and elevate the balance in your look.

There are so many different types of arm cuffs for a range of different occasions and aesthetics. You could go thin, silver and cursive for a sleek look working in the city. Or you can opt for the chunky, gold and textured type to make a bold statement. There are so many styles and ways it can be worn to suit your style.

Ways to Style It

I don’t usually like to follow or set rules in fashion - it is an expressive art form at the end of day - but I do have some advice. Arm cuffs tend to catch the eye seeing as they are not as commonly used as other jewellery, so I advise letting it speak for itself. I like to wear it as the centre piece of my outfit and here are some examples to try:

So the next time you’re thinking of ways to elevate your summer wardrobe, make sure to consider the magic of an arm cuff. You can find these in high street stores, local markets and even amazon! Make sure to subscribe for more fashion styling tips!
